To register and use gk440, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership or other legal entity).
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not accessing gk440 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

By creating an account, you self-declare that you meet all eligibility criteria set out in Clause 1.1. gk440 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point during your account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time period may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance pending identity verification.

When registering for a gk440 account you must provide accurate, current and complete information, including:

• A valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number that will serve as your account identifier.
• A strong, unique password of your own choosing that you have not used on any other platform.
• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• Your date of birth confirming you are aged 21 or above.

Each individual player is permitted to maintain one active account on gk440 at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a different name, or using a different mobile number — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, gk440 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bets placed from those accounts and forfeit any balances held therein. Players who inadvertently open a second account must notify gk440 support immediately so the duplicate can be closed without penalty.

gk440 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods:

• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking solution.
• Upay — an approved mobile wallet service operating in Bangladesh.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to the same mobile wallet account used for the most recent deposit. gk440 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts held in a name other than the registered account holder.
• Any bonus funds subject to an outstanding wagering requirement must complete their rollover before the associated real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• gk440 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and promotional credits issued by gk440 are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer carries its own wagering requirement (rollover condition) which must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Bonuses are issued in BDT and credited to the player's bonus wallet. Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and are used first in gameplay unless the player has elected otherwise in account settings.

Any attempt by a player to exploit bonuses, promotional offers or the gk440 reward system through artificial means — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers more than once, placing offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or coordinating bonus claims with other players — constitutes bonus abuse. gk440 reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel all associated bets and close the accounts of players found to be engaged in bonus abuse. Any real-money balance remaining after bonus forfeiture will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gk440 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension , forfeiture of funds and possible permanent ban:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games, place bets or otherwise manipulate platform outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live dealer tables, poker variants or sports betting markets.
• Engaging in any transaction that gk440 reasonably suspects to be related to money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to access, modify or reverse-engineer any part of the gk440 platform, its software or its underlying systems.

gk440 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances:

• The player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The player fails to complete identity or age verification within the period specified by gk440.
• gk440 determines, in its sole discretion, that the player poses a financial, legal or reputational risk to the platform.
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority directs gk440 to close the account.

Players may request closure of their gk440 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement) will be returned to the player's registered mobile wallet within a reasonable processing period. Self-exclusion requests are treated as priority closure requests and are processed without delay.

gk440 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical issues, network disruptions or events outside gk440's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. gk440 shall not be liable to any player for losses, missed bets or any other damages arising from service unavailability, provided that gk440 takes reasonable steps to restore service within a reasonable timeframe.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gk440 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any other economic loss, even if gk440 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

gk440 is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following player-controlled tools:

• Deposit limits — players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps from their account settings to control their spending.
• Session time limits — players may configure automatic session timeout alerts to manage time spent on the platform.
• Self-exclusion — players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion by contacting gk440 support. Self-exclusion requests are honoured immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
